Fluxscape is an AI-assisted application builder, currently in early access. Features may change, break, or be removed while we build. We'll do our best to communicate breaking changes, but early access means the ground can move.
You're responsible for your account and keeping its credentials safe. You must provide a working email address, and you must be at least 13 years old to use Fluxscape.
The projects you build, the assets you upload, and the code you export are yours. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your projects, building them, and serving your published apps at their URLs. We claim no ownership over what you create.
Don't use Fluxscape to build or publish anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful — including phishing pages, malware distribution, or content that infringes others' rights. We may take down published apps that violate this, and may suspend accounts for abuse (including attempts to circumvent usage limits).
AI features are subject to usage limits (credits) that we may adjust during early access. Published apps on free plans include a "Made with Fluxscape" badge.
Early-access software is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim (which, in a free early access, may be zero).
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use Fluxscape after a change means you accept it.
